The pricing feels kinda steep, especially with how strict the licensing is. It got confusing fast, and I was like, dang, for this much money it shouldn’t be this much of a hassle.

I gave this a try mainly because the filtering and ignore rules sounded like exactly what I needed. In practice, though, they were confusing and still kept flagging changes I was trying to ignore. Setup took way longer than I expected, and the docs didn’t really clear things up. I also ended up stuck in a support loop where I’d explain the issue, get a generic reply, try something, and then have to repeat the same details again. The idea is solid, but the experience felt messier than it should be.

From what I remember using it, the notification options were disappointing. I couldn’t find any alerts that felt actually useful, so it mostly just left me feeling like the feature wasn’t worth relying on...

I tried using aignes.com, and the documentation was the part that really left a bad impression. Some sections felt outdated, other bits seemed missing, and I kept having to guess what certain buttons or settings were supposed to do. Maybe the actual software works fine, but it’s hard to feel good about it when the help pages make the whole process feel confusing and unnecessarily annoying.

There are definitely things I like about this tool, but the update pace has been really frustrating. Bugs seem to sit around for weeks or longer, and it makes the whole site feel like it’s being neglected. I’ve tried being patient, but for something I’m paying for, I expect fixes and improvements to happen more consistently. At this point, I feel like I’d need to escalate the issue just to get any real attention, which isn’t great. I’m not really happy with it anymore.

I’ve noticed the website monitor doesn’t always catch outages right away... there were a few times when the alerts came through later than I expected. It’s still useful, but I wouldn’t rely on it as my only way to know something’s down.

I reached out to Aignes support because I was having an issue, and then it just felt like my message disappeared into a hole. I waited for days without getting anything useful back, which was frustrating.
When someone finally replied, the response was so short that it didn’t really help or make me feel like they had looked into it. I understand support teams can be busy, but when you need help quickly, being left hanging like that doesn’t feel great.

I gave the aignes.com tools a try, but they ended up feeling a bit too limited for my setup. I was trying to adjust a few things to match my workflow, and it just wasn’t as flexible as I hoped. Some options were hard to change, and a couple of settings I wanted didn’t seem to exist at all. Support was polite, but the replies were basically along the lines of, “that’s not currently possible” or “you can use it this way instead,” which didn’t really solve it for me. It might be totally fine if you only need the basics, but if you like having more control, it can get annoying quickly. I barely ended up using it after that.

I tried using it for my daily automations, but i found the setup clunky. Maybe it works better for other people, but in my experience it broke more often than I expected, so it felt a bit limited for what I needed

I’m not sure if it’s just my setup or what, but the site doesn’t really behave right when I use it in Firefox. Some things feel a little off, pages act weird, and it just gets annoying after a while because I don’t want to switch browsers just to use one site.
